Kazashko hosts the first round of the Bulgarian Windsurfing Cup
From 25 to 27 April 2025, the first round of the Bulgarian Windsurfing Cup championship was held on the shore of Lake Varna in Kazashko.

From 25 to 27 April 2025, Kazashko hosted the first round of the Bulgarian Windsurfing Cup championship. Competitors from different parts of the country raced on Lake Varna, and the wind and weather were on their side.
There was a mobile restaurant on the lakeshore for visitors. The mayor's office invited families to get children and young people “fired up” about the water sport.
According to the organisers, the shores of Kazashko offer the best conditions for windsurfing. The final round of the championship was scheduled for October.
