KAZASHKO · 20 October 2026
A committee of Varna Municipal Council has backed the request for a service car for the local police inspector who covers Kazashko, Topoli, the Western Industrial Zone and Lesport. The request came from the mayors of the two villages.
In September the mayor of Kazashko, Gergana Petkova, submitted a memo to the chair of the Municipal Council, and this week she presented the request to the committee. It now goes to the finance and budget committee to be included in Varna Municipality's draft budget for 2027.
For now the inspector visits Kazashko on a weekly schedule. With a car, he will be able to be in Topoli and Kazashko every day. The head of the Vladislavovo police station has promised that a team with the car will often check speeds on the lakeside road and the Kazashko turn-off.
