On 15 August 2021 Kazashko celebrated its village festival. The day began early with the traders and the impatient children. From 17:00 the village museum opened its doors for the occasion.

At the suggestion of mayor Gergana Petkova, the children put on an exhibition of drawings on the theme “My Home Village”. In this way they showed what Kazashko means to them: the lake with its boats, the passing train, the church, the playgrounds or their homes.

In the evening there was folk merrymaking around the museum with the singer Olga Vasilenko. The ataman of the St Panteleimon Cossack stanitsa also sent a letter of greeting.

The festival in its current form was created in 2000 by mayor Gergana Petkova.
