On 10 May 2025, the mayor's office invited residents to join in cleaning the streets, green spaces and the lakeshore.
For the “Let's Clean Up Bulgaria Together” campaign on 6 June 2026, what the village needed most was help with mowing. After a rainy spring, the grass in the Lakeside Park had grown tall. The mayor's office thanked everyone who looks after the areas around their homes.
