“In the Footsteps of Our Ancestors”: Kazashko residents visit the founders' home villages in Romania
A group from Kazashko, led by the mayor and the community centre's secretary, travelled through Jurilovca and Slava Rusă and visited the Lipovan village of Slava Cercheză in Tulcea County.

Residents of Kazashko, led by the village mayor and the secretary of the community centre (chitalishte), retraced in reverse the route of the first Lipovan settlers who founded the village.
The group passed through the villages of Jurilovca and Slava Rusă and was warmly welcomed in Slava Cercheză, Tulcea County, Romania, at the Lipovans' House and their community centre.
The trip was called “In the Footsteps of Our Ancestors”. It was dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the community centre and to 115 years since the village's recognition.
